We create a plasmid containing the adenovirus genome and the transgene of interest based on the customer's needs. The plasmid is then transfected into a helper cell line to produce an adenoviral vector. Creative Biogene's proprietary HEK293 and 293T production cell lines are available for both adherent and suspension culture CGMP adenovirus production. Our experienced scientists can assist in the selection of producer cell lines as well as culture types based on ADV serotypes or other factors and requirements, providing our clients with high yield and cost-effective solutions for ADV production.
