Creative Biogene owns a team of experts, state-of-the-art facilities in the area of cell culturing and cell engineering. So far, we have developed a broad range of cell-related products and services.
Creative Biogene has generated a large number of cell lysates, which are divided into two groups: 1) over-expression cell lysates containing protein from exogenous encoding sequence; 2) knock out cell lysates based on the CRISPR/Cas9 technology. These cell lysates are created through two steps: 1) delivery of gene encoding sequence or Cas9/sgRNA into host cells, 2) homogenization of these recombinant over-expression or knockout cells in RIPA Lysis Buffer. They are intended for use as western blot (WB) positive or negative controls as well as other research applications.
