Residual RNA Quantification Kits
Residual RNA is a key impurity contaminant in the development and production of biologics. Residual RNA molecules may be generated at different stages of the production process, including host cell RNA, RNA transcripts associated with the production process, and viral RNA impurities. Residual RNA in biologics poses potential safety hazards, affecting the quality of the final product, its stability or even leading to adverse reactions. Therefore, there is a need to develop efficient and sensitive detection technologies to ensure the quality and safety of the final product.

Although the purification process can remove some of the host cell RNA and other residual impurities, reliable assays is still needed to accurately detect the possible residual RNA in the biologics to ensure the quality and safety of the final product. A variety of techniques are available for the detection and quantification of residual RNA, including reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) or quantitative PCR (qPCR) techniques, which amplify RNA molecules and detect and quantify them. Creative Biogene provides our customers with sensitive residual RNA detection tools. Our qPCR-based residual RNA quantification kits are designed to simplify and improve the quantitative analysis of RNA residues and help customers detect and quantify trace RNA contamination. Our kits offer multiple advantages such as high sensitivity, user-friendly workflow, wide dynamic range, and stable performance to accurately and reliably measure residual RNA levels in a variety of samples.
