Case Study 1
In a study investigating T cell gene therapy for CTLA4 insufficiency, small double-stranded oligonucleotides (dsODN) were obtained from Creative Biogene. Healthy CD4+ T cells were isolated, activated, and cultured, and gene editing was performed using a gRNA in combination with the dsODN. Seventy-two hours post-editing, genomic DNA was extracted and sent to Creative Biogene for amplification, next-generation sequencing, and analysis.
