What types of cell preparation can I submit?

We accept frozen cell pellets, cells lysed in protective buffers (e.g., TRIzol, RLT), or isolated high-quality total RNA/gDNA. Please contact our team for specific shipping temperature and buffer guidelines based on your sample type.

Can low-input or limited cell samples be analyzed?

Yes. Sequencing strategies can be optimized for challenging samples, including low-input materials and rare cell populations.

Do you provide bioinformatics analysis?

Yes. Integrated bioinformatics analysis and customized reporting are included as part of our sequencing workflows.

How do you handle cryopreserved cells?

Cryopreserved pellets are highly compatible with our standard RNA and DNA extraction workflows. We recommend flash-freezing cell pellets in liquid nitrogen or on dry ice after completely removing the supernatant media.
