Creative Biogene's Soil, Water, Fecal RNA Purification Kit is designed for simple, reliable, and rapid isolation of total RNA (including small RNA (>17 nt )) from various soil, sludge, turbid water, sediment and/or fecal samples. The procedure successfully isolates RNA from difficult-to-lyse bacteria, fungi, protozoa, algae, etc. in soil and host RNA from fecal samples. The kit uses a humic acid removal (HAR) column and the organic substance removal solution (OSR) to remove all traces of humic acid and other PCR inhibitors. Purified RNA is of the highest integrity and inhibitor-free for any downstream application, including microbiome studies, real-time and reverse transcription PCR for gene expression analysis, next-generation sequencing, and more.
