Complete lysis of all organisms, including historically difficult sources such as eubacterial spores and endospores, Gram-positive bacteria, yeast, algae, nematodes, and fungi, can be achieved in seconds. These fecal and soil DNA extraction kits use our specific removal technology to remove humic acids/polyphenols that can inhibit PCR. DNA does not require phenol extraction or alcohol precipitation, and the whole process can be completed within 30 minutes. The isolated DNA is suitable for various molecular biology experiments, such as PCR, qPCR, and next-generation sequencing, etc.
