Description	This cell lysate over-expresses the extracellular domains of human CD3E and CD3G. Human CD3E protein fragment is fused with polyhistidine and the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus. Human CD3G protein fragment is fused with the Fc region of mouse IgG1 at the C-terminus. Purification of target protein (s) from this cell lysate has been verified.
