Description

The WaterR DNA Kit is our next generation kit for extraction of genomic DNA from a variety of filtered water samples. The kit can isolate DNA from common filter membrane types. This kit differs from our Ultrapure Water DNA Kit by allowing for microcentrifuge processing of 47 mm sized water filters using a novel bead tube with optimized bead mix and a streamlined lysis procedure that reduces processing volume. DNA is ready to use in a final 100 μl volume.
