Q & A

Customer Reviews

Customer Q&As
What is the origin of Mouse FLT3 Stable Cell Line-CHO, and how was it established?

A: Mouse FLT3 Stable Cell Line-CHO is derived from engineering and stably expressing the FLT3 gene from a mouse source in CHO (Chinese Hamster Ovary) cells. This cell line is typically created by cloning the FLT3 gene from mouse DNA and then inserting it into specific loci in CHO cells through selective culturing and screening. The process involves a combination of genetic engineering techniques and cell culture methods.

What is the genotype and phenotype of Mouse FLT3 Stable Cell Line-CHO?

A: The genotype of Mouse FLT3 Stable Cell Line-CHO includes the CHO cell's own genome and the stably expressed mouse FLT3 gene. In terms of phenotype, these cells will express the FLT3 receptor protein, which is a cell membrane receptor typically involved in cell signaling and proliferation processes.

What are the applications of Mouse FLT3 Stable Cell Line-CHO in scientific research and drug development?

A: Mouse FLT3 Stable Cell Line-CHO has a wide range of applications in biomedical research and drug development. It can be used to investigate the regulation of the FLT3 signaling pathway, the functionality and activity of mouse FLT3 receptors, drug screening, and the development of anti-cancer drugs. This cell line can also be employed to study the mechanisms of leukemia and other related diseases, as well as to assess the effectiveness of new drugs.

Is Mouse FLT3 Stable Cell Line-CHO subject to regulatory and ethical requirements?

A: Yes, the use of Mouse FLT3 Stable Cell Line-CHO is subject to regulatory and ethical requirements. When conducting research and drug development, it is necessary to adhere to relevant regulations, ethical standards, and laboratory safety guidelines to ensure the lawful use of the cell line and the ethics of experiments.

What are the methods for storage and revival of Mouse FLT3 Stable Cell Line-CHO?

A: Mouse FLT3 Stable Cell Line-CHO is typically stored in liquid nitrogen to ensure long-term stability. To revive these cells, they are usually rapidly thawed at 37 degrees Celsius and seeded into culture dishes using appropriate culture media and conditions.

What are the specific biosafety considerations for Mouse FLT3 Stable Cell Line-CHO?

A: Biosafety precautions for Mouse FLT3 Stable Cell Line-CHO should be taken based on the usage environment and experimental requirements. This includes following biosafety level (BSL) standards in the laboratory, using appropriate protective equipment, taking appropriate measures when handling biohazardous materials, and regularly cleaning and disinfecting cell culture vessels and equipment.
