Gene Informationn

Cat. No. CSC-RO0065
Description This cell line is a stably transfected cell line which expresses mouse tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, member 9 (Tnfrsf9) without any tag.
Background Homozygous mutation of this gene results in enhanced T cell proliferation, decreased B cell IgG production, decreased cytotoxic T cell activity, and increased numbers of erythrocytes, granulocyte macrophages, and multipotential progenitor cells in the bone marrow, blood, and spleen.
Gene Tnfrsf9
Host Cell CHO-K1
Host Cell Species Cricetulus griseus (Chinese hamster)
Stability Validated for at least 10 passages
