Customer Q&As
What are the advantages of the Mouse Tnfrsf1b Stable Cell Line-HEK293 cell line?

A: Mouse Tnfrsf1b Stable Cell Line-HEK293 overexpresses Mouse Tnfrsf1b in the HEK293 cell line. HEK293 cells rarely express the endogenous receptors needed for extracellular ligands and are easily transfected, making them a commonly used cell line for expressing exogenous genes.

What are the culture conditions for Mouse Tnfrsf1b Stable Cell Line-HEK293?

A: Using DMEM medium, normally 2% serum can maintain cell growth, and 10% can accelerate growth.

What are the passaging requirements for Mouse Tnfrsf1b Stable Cell Line-HEK293?

A: Mouse Tnfrsf1b Stable Cell Line-HEK293 cells change the liquid every 2-3 days. When the cells grow to 80%, they are passaged. 1:2 is recommended.

Has Mouse Tnfrsf1b Stable Cell Line-HEK293 undergone microbial and sterility testing?

A: All our products have undergone strict testing. If there are any problems upon receipt of the cells, please feedback promptly.

Are there any special considerations for Mouse Tnfrsf1b Stable Cell Line-HEK293?

A: Mouse Tnfrsf1b Stable Cell Line-HEK293 is an adherent cell. When passaging, trypsin is needed. To ensure the activity of trypsin, please remove the serum first.
