| Description | Psp GBD (exo-) DNA Polymerase, also called Deep Vent (exo-) DNA Polymerase, has been genetically engineered to eliminate the 3´→ 5´ proofreading exonuclease activity. The half-life of Psp GBD (exo-) DNA Polymerase is 23 hours at 95°C and 8 hours at 100°C. Both Psp GBD (exo-) DNA Polymerase and Tli (exo-) DNA Polymerase are suitable for primer extensions and high temperature (72°C) DNA sequencing. |
