Customer Q&As
What experiments is this product suitable for?

A: This product can be used in experiments such as removing primers from PCR mixtures, removing single-stranded DNA with 3'-hydroxyl ends from nucleic acid mixtures, and detecting the presence of single-stranded DNA with 3'-hydroxyl ends.

Can this enzyme be used for double-stranded DNA?

A: No, this enzyme cannot digest double-stranded DNA, so single-stranded DNA with secondary structures needs to be denatured before complete digestion can occur.

Do I need to contact the staff after purchasing?

A: Generally, no. Orders will be automatically placed and delivered by the platform. However, if there are any other requests or questions, customers can contact the staff for inquiries.

Does the product come with a buffer solution included?

A: Yes, there is. After receiving the product, there will be one tube of enzyme and one tube of 10× buffer. When using, dilute the buffer to 1×.
