Creative Biogene Long Taq DNA Polymerase is a mix of Taq DNA polymerase anda powerful high-fidelity enzyme to ensure high amplification efficiency andmaximum fidelity. Long Taq DNA Polymerase has a 3'→5' Exonuclease Activity.Two different unique PCR buffers are suitable for different templates andenhance extension rates and fidelity, even when amplifying complex templates.PCR products of up to 40 kb can be reliably amplified.
