Description

The Cathepsin S Activity Assay Kit is designed to measure the protease activity of Cathepsin S for screening and profiling applications. The Cathepsin S assay kit comes in a convenient 96-well format, with purified Cathepsin S, its fluorogenic substrate, and Cathepsin buffer for 100 enzyme reactions. In addition, the kit includes the cathepsin inhibitor E64 for use as a control inhibitor.

Applications
