Transfected Stable Cell Lines
Reliable | High-Performance | Wide Rage
Precision reporter, kinase, immune receptor, biosimilar, Cas9, and knockout stable cell lines for diverse applications.
Cat. No. : VNTR-5
| Cat. No. | VNTR-5 |
| Description | Rabies virus CVS-N2c strain-based retrograde non-synaptic tracer with the native G gene replaced by the N2c glycoprotein (N2c-G) and the EGFP reporter inserted. The CVS-N2c strain exhibits reduced neuronal toxicity and enhanced transsynaptic transfer efficiency (10-20-fold higher than SAD-B19). Pseudotyped with N2c-G on the surface, this virus enables highly efficient retrograde infection of projection neurons through axon terminals for single-cell labeling of input networks (no transsynaptic spread, used to label directly projecting neurons only). |
