Description SAD-B19 rabies virus-derived retrograde monosynaptic tracer with G gene deleted, EnvA-pseudotyped, expressing mCherry. mCherry offers brighter and more photostable red fluorescence than DsRed, facilitating high-resolution imaging of monosynaptic input networks. Requires TVA receptor and Cre-dependent or constitutive RV-G helper AAV for monosynaptic restriction.
