Description CVS-N2c rabies virus strain-based retrograde monosynaptic tracer with G gene deleted and EnvA-pseudotyped, expressing tdTomato. Combines the high-efficiency, low-toxicity CVS-N2c backbone with the bright, photostable tdTomato red reporter and EnvA-mediated starter-specific entry. Requires TVA and N2c-G/RV-G helper AAV for monosynaptic restriction.
