Transfected Stable Cell Lines
Reliable | High-Performance | Wide Rage
Precision reporter, kinase, immune receptor, biosimilar, Cas9, and knockout stable cell lines for diverse applications.
Cat. No. : RABVH-51
| Cat. No. | RABVH-51 |
| Description | Cre-dependent all-in-one AAV helper co-expressing RVG, mCherry and TVA from a single P2A/T2A-linked transcript under EF1a. In Cre-positive neurons, TVA permits entry of EnvA-pseudotyped G-deleted rabies virus while the co-expressed RVG complements its G deletion, enabling one retrograde transsynaptic step; mCherry marks the starter cells. This design removes the need for two separate helpers. |
