Description	Cre-dependent AAV helper delivering HSV1 thymidine kinase (TK) and EGFP under the EF1a promoter. When co-injected with the TK-deleted HSV1-ΔTK tracer, TK is supplied only in Cre-expressing starter neurons, confining viral replication and single-synapse anterograde spread to their direct downstream targets. EGFP marks the starter population for unambiguous identification of the injection site.
