Description	Flp-dependent AAV helper providing HSV1 thymidine kinase (TK) and EGFP under the EF1a promoter. In Flp-expressing cells, the FDIO cassette switches on TK expression, allowing co-injected HSV1-ΔTK to replicate only in the selected starter neurons. EGFP marks these cells, and single-synapse anterograde spread labels their immediate downstream targets, enabling Flp-based intersectional anterograde monosynaptic mapping.
