Description	Cre-dependent AAV helper expressing only the low-affinity TVA(E66T) receptor under CAG in a FLEX configuration, without any fluorescent reporter. After Cre recombination the targeted neurons become selectively permissive to EnvA-pseudotyped G-deleted rabies virus. This reporter-free design avoids spectral occupancy, freeing all fluorescence channels for the rabies tracer and additional circuit labels.
