Transfected Stable Cell Lines
Reliable | High-Performance | Wide Rage
Precision reporter, kinase, immune receptor, biosimilar, Cas9, and knockout stable cell lines for diverse applications.
Cat. No. : RABVH-20
| Cat. No. | RABVH-20 |
| Description | Cre-dependent AAV helper co-expressing nuclear-localized H2B-EGFP and TVA through T2A under EF1a. Nuclear EGFP gives sharply defined labelling of Cre-positive starter neurons, and TVA restricts entry of EnvA-pseudotyped G-deleted rabies virus to those cells. Used with an RVG helper, it enables Cre-dependent retrograde monosynaptic mapping of direct presynaptic inputs. |
