One-Step SYBR qRT-PCR Kit with ROX (Perfect Real Time) has been developed for fast RT-qPCR and has been validated on several commonly used real-time instruments requiring normalization with ROX. In this kit, RT-PCR can be performed in a single tube, simplifying the protocol and minimizing the risk of contamination.
