Description This cell line is engineered to stably overexpress the monkey CLEC4C in CHO-K1 cells.
Introduction This cell line is constructed by transfection of monkey C-type lectin domain family 4 member C (CLEC4C) into CHO-K1, followed by stable cell selection. The expression of CLEC4C has been analyzed through flow cytometry.

Safety Considerations

4. Decontaminate work surface with disinfectant or 70% ethanol before and after working with stable cells.

5. All waste should be considered hazardous.

6. Dispose of all liquid waste after each experiment and treat with bleach.
