The following safety precautions should be observed. 1. Use pipette aids to prevent ingestion and keep aerosols down to a minimum. 2. No eating, drinking or smoking while handling the stable line. 3. Wash hands after handling the stable line and before leaving the lab. 4. Decontaminate work surface with disinfectant or 70% ethanol before and after working with stable cells. 5. All waste should be considered hazardous. 6. Dispose of all liquid waste after each experiment and treat with bleach. |

A: Regular monitoring of CD47 protein expression levels, such as through Western Blot and flow cytometry, can be done to monitor the expression stability of CD47 protein in Rat CD47 Stable Cell Line - CHO-K1 across different passage numbers.
A: Appropriate freezing medium should be used, control the rate of freezing and revival, and replace the culture medium promptly after revival to maintain the stability of Rat CD47 Stable Cell Line - CHO-K1.
A: By maintaining appropriate culture conditions, avoiding over-passaging, and using proper handling methods, such as avoiding harmful reagents that may affect CD47 protein activity, the biological activity of CD47 protein in Rat CD47 Stable Cell Line - CHO-K1 can be maximized.
A: Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) technology or flow cytometry binding analysis can be used to evaluate the binding affinity of CD47 protein to its ligand SIRPα in Rat CD47 Stable Cell Line - CHO-K1.
A: Optimizing and maintaining constant culture conditions, and regularly monitoring the glycosylation status of CD47 protein, such as through specific glycosylation antibodies or mass spectrometry analysis, can ensure the glycosylation status of CD47 protein in Rat CD47 Stable Cell Line - CHO-K1 is not affected.
A: Establish specific cellular functional assays, such as cell adhesion assays and immune cell activation assays, and utilize signaling pathway analysis techniques like Western Blot and real-time quantitative PCR, to accurately evaluate the impact of drugs on the CD47 signaling pathway in Rat CD47 Stable Cell Line - CHO-K1.
