Description	Flp-dependent AAV helper expressing HSV1 thymidine kinase (TK) and mCherry under the neuronal EF1a promoter. TK is switched on exclusively in Flp-expressing neurons, so co-injected HSV1-ΔTK replicates only in those starter cells and crosses one synapse. The red reporter marks starter neurons, and the neuronal promoter limits helper expression largely to neurons, reducing off-target complementation.
