| Safety Considerations |
The following safety precautions should be observed. 1. Use pipette aids to prevent ingestion and keep aerosols down to a minimum. 2. No eating, drinking or smoking while handling the stable line. 3. Wash hands after handling the stable line and before leaving the lab. 4. Decontaminate work surface with disinfectant or 70% ethanol before and after working with stable cells. 5. All waste should be considered hazardous. 6. Dispose of all liquid waste after each experiment and treat with bleach. |

A: The cell line was established by stably transfecting the human TREM1 (Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid cells 1) gene into CHO-S cells.
A: This cell line can be used to study the role of TREM1 in inflammatory responses, including the release of inflammatory mediators and the activation of immune cells.
A: It can be used for screening and evaluating drugs targeting TREM1-mediated inflammatory responses, especially in treating autoimmune diseases and chronic inflammatory conditions.
A: With its ability to stably express human TREM1, this cell line can effectively simulate human disease processes related to TREM1, such as infectious diseases and certain types of cancers.
A: It needs to be maintained under specific culture conditions, including the use of a culture medium with selective antibiotics, to ensure the stable expression of the TREM1 gene.
A: It provides a valuable model for studying the role of TREM1 in the regulation of the immune system, especially in controlling the intensity and duration of immune responses.
