A: The Human IL2RA Stable Cell Line - CHO-S is primarily used for studying IL2RA-related autoimmune responses, such as in diabetes and immunodeficiency diseases research. Moreover, as IL2RA is associated with immune checkpoints, this cell line can also be used for drug screening and biological evaluation of immune checkpoint inhibitors.
A: To ensure the stability and reliability of the cell line, regular mycoplasma testing is necessary to rule out contamination. Also, sterile testing is important to maintain sterility during cell passage. Additionally, it is recommended to culture the cells in a medium containing puromycin to maintain antibiotic resistance.
A: The optimal culture conditions for the Human IL2RA Stable Cell Line - CHO-S are at 37°C with 5% CO2, using EX-Cell CD CHO Fusion medium supplemented with 10μg/mL puromycin. This environment helps maintain optimal cell growth and functional activity.
A: IL2RA expression in AML is associated with chemotherapy resistance and poor prognosis, so the Human IL2RA Stable Cell Line - CHO-S could be used to study the role of IL2RA in AML cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. This cell line can be utilized to explore the biological role of IL2RA in promoting leukemia stem cell traits and leukemogenesis.
A: For high-throughput drug screening using the Human IL2RA Stable Cell Line - CHO-S, cells are first seeded in a 384-well plate and cultured overnight at 37°C with 5% CO2 to allow cell attachment and growth. Subsequently, cells are stimulated with control drugs for drug screening and functional evaluation.
A: The Human IL2RA Stable Cell Line - CHO-S is provided as frozen cells and should be stored in liquid nitrogen. During transportation, dry ice is used to maintain low temperatures. This ensures that the cells maintain the highest vitality and stability upon arrival in the laboratory.
