A: The reaction buffer of the enzyme is 10mM Tris-HCl, 10mM MgCl2, 100mM KCl, and 0.1mg/mL BSA.
A: The enzyme is generally digested at 37°C for 2-4 hours or overnight.
A: The enzyme is not sensitive to DAM methylation or DCM methylation, but it is sensitive to CpG methylation.
A: We have not encountered any issues when using the enzyme, and the success rate of digestion is high. The enzyme can cut the target sequence in most cases.

The reagent comes with a reaction buffer, which is convenient for enzyme digestion reactions.
The storage buffer for the enzyme contains BSA, which improves the stability of the enzyme. After being left at room temperature overnight, the enzyme activity is basically not affected.
