A: The enzyme is an endonuclease with a recognition sequence of C↓GGCCG.
A: We recommend storing the product at -20°C and burying the enzyme in an ice box when in use.
A: Generally, the enzyme digestion time is 2-3 hours, but overnight digestion is also feasible if time does not permit and does not result in adverse effects.
