This kit contains a novel error-prone PCR enzyme which is able to produce a less biased mutational spectrum with equivalent mutation rates at A's and T's vs. G's and C's and provide mutation rates from 1 to 16 mutations per kb. This kit is ideal for studying, altering, or improving wild-type protein function. |
