EZ Random Mutagenesis Kit

Creative Biogene's EZ Random Mutagenesis Kit is designed for performing PCR-based random mutagenesis on a DNA sequence of interest. This kit contains an optimized Taq PCR system which is able to reliably amplify DNA fragments of up to 4 kb in length and provide mutation rates from 2 to 8 mutations per kb. This kit is ideal for studying, altering, or improving wild-type protein function.
