Creative Biogene's Random Mutagenesis Kit is designed for performing error-prone PCR-based random mutagenesis on a DNA sequence of interest. This kit contains an optimized Taq PCR system which is available to amplify DNA fragments of less than 4 kb with GC content below 70% and provide mutation rates from 1 to 18 mutations per kb. This kit is ideal for studying, altering, or improving wild-type protein function.
