Description	Constitutive AAV helper supplying HSV1 thymidine kinase (TK) and EGFP under the EF1a promoter. In combination with the TK-deleted HSV1-ΔTK tracer, it restores viral replication and permits a single anterograde transsynaptic step, labelling the immediate postsynaptic targets of infected neurons. EGFP highlights the starter population, making this the simplest configuration for anterograde monosynaptic tracing without recombinase drivers.
