Safety Considerations

The following safety precautions should be observed.

1. Use pipette aids to prevent ingestion and keep aerosols down to a minimum.

2. No eating, drinking or smoking while handling the stable line.

3. Wash hands after handling the stable line and before leaving the lab.

4. Decontaminate work surface with disinfectant or 70% ethanol before and after working with stable cells.

5. All waste should be considered hazardous.

6. Dispose of all liquid waste after each experiment and treat with bleach.

Q & A

Customer Reviews

Customer Q&As
What type of monkey cells is the Monkey CTLA4 Stable Cell Line based on?

A: This cell line is established based on specific types of monkey cells (usually macaque or rhesus monkey cells), by stably integrating the CTLA4 (Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte-Associated Protein 4) gene into these cells.

How is the Monkey CTLA4 Stable Cell Line utilized in immunotherapy research?

A: This cell line can be used to study the immunoregulatory functions of CTLA4, especially in cancer immunotherapy and autoimmune disease research.

How does the CTLA4 expression level in the Monkey CTLA4 Stable Cell Line compare to natural expression?

A: The expression level of CTLA4 in this cell line is specially designed to mimic the natural expression level in immune cells in vivo, facilitating the study of CTLA4 function under physiological conditions.

What is the main use of the Monkey CTLA4 Stable Cell Line in drug screening?

A: It is primarily used for screening and evaluating the effects of small molecule drugs, antibodies, or other therapeutic agents targeting CTLA4, especially in anti-tumor immunotherapy.

What are the advantages of using this cell line for CTLA4-related signaling pathway research?

A: Due to the stable expression of the CTLA4 gene, this cell line is particularly suitable for studying the activation and regulation of CTLA4 signaling pathways and their roles in immune responses.

How is the biosafety of the Monkey CTLA4 Stable Cell Line assessed?

A: Its biosafety must be comprehensively assessed through cytotoxicity tests, pathogen detection, and genetic stability testing.
