mInsulin2-SaCas9HF AAV (serotype 9) is an advanced genetic engineering tool designed to precisely deliver high-fidelity CRISPR-associated protein 9 (Cas9) from Staphylococcus aureus (SaCas9) using the mInsulin2 promoter.
