Human TLR7 mRNA

For research use only. Not intended for any clinical use.
Cat.No.
PMRN-0273
Description
The TLR7 mRNA encodes the human toll like receptor 7 (TLR7) protein, a member of the Toll-like receptor (TLR) family which plays a fundamental role in pathogen recognition and activation of innate immunity. TLR7 senses single-stranded RNA oligonucleotides containing guanosine- and uridine-rich sequences from RNA viruses, a recognition occuring in the endosomes of plasmacytoid dendritic cells and B cells.
Alias
IMD74, TLR7-like
Features
• mRNA synthesized on error free sequence verified plasmid DNA template
• 100% replacement of UTP with modified nucleotides 5-Methoxy-UTP
• Cap 1 Capping and poly-A tailed incorporated

Q & A

Customer Q&As
What is human TLR7 mRNA?

A: Human TLR7 mRNA is a messenger RNA molecule in humans that encodes the Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) protein.TLR7 is an immune receptor involved in the regulation of the human immune system response to pathogens.

In which tissues of the body is TLR7 mRNA expressed?

A: TLR7 mRNA is highly expressed in immune-related tissues of the body, such as spleen, lymph nodes, and bone marrow. In addition, it is also expressed at low levels in other tissues, such as lung, liver and kidney.

What is the function of TLR7 mRNA?

A: The protein encoded by TLR7 mRNA is an immune receptor that recognizes and binds to nucleic acid molecules of pathogens, such as the RNA of viruses.By binding to these pathogen molecules, TLR7 activates immune cells and triggers a series of immune responses, including the production of inflammatory factors and antiviral proteins, to enhance the body's defense against pathogens.

What is the relationship between TLR7 mRNA and autoimmune diseases?

A: Several studies have found that mutations in TLR7 mRNA are associated with the development of autoimmune diseases. These mutations may lead to abnormal function of the TLR7 protein, affecting the balance of the immune system, which can lead to the development of autoimmune diseases.

What is the current status of TLR7 mRNA research?

A: Research on TLR7mRNA is still ongoing, and scientists are exploring its role in immune response, its regulatory mechanism, and its association with disease. Through in-depth study of the biological properties of TLR7mRNA, we can better understand the function of the immune system and provide new ideas for disease prevention and treatment.
