Human NFKB2 mRNA

For research use only. Not intended for any clinical use.
Cat.No.
PMRN-0263
Description
The NFKB2 mRNA encodes the human nuclear factor kappa B subunit 2 (NFKB2) protein, a subunit of the transcription factor complex nuclear factor-kappa-B (NFkB). The NFkB complex is expressed in numerous cell types and functions as a central activator of genes involved in inflammation and immune function. NFKB2 can function as either a transcriptional activator or repressor depending on its dimerization partner.

Customer Q&As
What is Human NFKB2 mRNA?

A: Human NFKB2 mRNA is the mRNA of human nuclear transcription factor KB2.

What is the role of Human NFKB2 mRNA?

A: Human NFKB2 mRNA encodes Nuclear Factor KB2 in the human body, which is a transcription factor that plays an important role in inflammatory response, immune response, and cell differentiation.

What are the main functions of Nuclear Factor KB2?

A: The main function of Nuclear Factor KB2 is to regulate gene expression in processes such as inflammatory response, immune response, and cell differentiation. It can bind to specific DNA sequences and promote or inhibit the transcription of specific genes.

In which cells is Human NFKB2 mRNA expressed?

A: Human NFKB2 mRNA is expressed in many cells, including white blood cells, macrophages, dendritic cells, T cells, and B cells.

What factors can affect the expression level of Human NFKB2 mRNA?

A: Many factors can affect the expression level of Human NFKB2 mRNA, including inflammatory factors such as TNF- α And IL-1 β)、 Cytokines (such as IL-6 and IL-10), growth factors, hormones (such as glucocorticoids and thyroid hormones), nutrients (such as vitamin D and fatty acids), etc.
