Human IFNLR1 mRNA

For research use only. Not intended for any clinical use.
Cat.No.
PMRN-0211
Description
The IFNLR1 mRNA encodes the human interferon lambda receptor 1 (IFNLR1) protein, a member of the class II cytokine receptor family. IFNLR1, interleukine 10 receptor and beta (IL10RB) form a receptor complex which has been shown to interact with three closely related cytokines, including interleukin 28A (IL28A), interleukin 28B (IL28B), and interleukin 29 (IL29).
Alias
IFNLR; LICR2; IL28RA; CRF2/12; IL-28R1

Customer Q&As
What is Human IFNLR1 mRNA?

A: Human IFNLR1 mRNA is a molecule that encodes human interferon- λ Receptor 1 (Interferon)- λ Receiver 1, abbreviated as IFNLR1. IFNLR1 is a receptor that plays a crucial role in the antiviral immune response.

What is the main function of Human IFNLR1 mRNA?

A: The main function of Human IFNLR1 mRNA is to produce and secrete IFNLR1. IFNLR1 is a cell surface receptor that can bind to interferon- λ Interferon- λ, Abbreviated as IFN- λ), Activate downstream signaling pathways to induce the expression of antiviral genes and exert antiviral effects.

In which cells is Human IFNLR1 mRNA expressed?

A: Human IFNLR1 mRNA can be expressed in various cells, including liver cells, alveolar epithelial cells, digestive tract epithelial cells, etc. These cells express IFNLR1 when infected with the virus to initiate an antiviral immune response.

What diseases are associated with Human IFNLR1 mRNA?

A: Studies have shown that Human IFNLR1 mRNA is associated with a variety of viral infectious diseases. For example, in hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, the expression level of IFNLR1 can affect the replication and clearance of the virus. In addition, IFNLR1 also plays an important antiviral role in respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and parainfluenza virus infections.

How is the expression of Human IFNLR1 mRNA regulated?

A: The expression of Human IFNLR1 mRNA is regulated by various factors, including transcription factors, signal transduction pathways, environmental factors, etc. For example, NF- κ The B and STAT signaling pathways can promote the expression of IFNLR1. In addition, viral infection can also induce the expression of IFNLR1.
