| Safety Considerations |
The following safety precautions should be observed. 1. Use pipette aids to prevent ingestion and keep aerosols down to a minimum. 2. No eating, drinking or smoking while handling the stable line. 3. Wash hands after handling the stable line and before leaving the lab. 4. Decontaminate work surface with disinfectant or 70% ethanol before and after working with stable cells. 5. All waste should be considered hazardous. 6. Dispose of all liquid waste after each experiment and treat with bleach. |

A: The knockout cell product is validated by PCR amplification and Sanger Sequencing to confirm the mutation at the genomic level. Please find the detailed mutation info in the datasheet.
A: Single clonal cell.
A: No. This knockout cell product is generated using the CRISPR/Cas9 system to induce small insertions or deletions (indels) resulting in frameshift mutations. Although these frameshift mutations typically disrupt the coding gene, there is a possibility that the non-functional transcript may still be transcribed. Consequently, this could potentially yield misleading results when analyzed by RT-qPCR.
A: The cell line should be stored in liquid nitrogen for long-term preservation.
A: For most cases, we often keep at least 2 clones with different frameshift mutations. Please feel free to contact us to check if there are additional available clones.

I am going to use this brand of transfection reagent for my future experiments and I am going to use it in the future as I got satisfactory results in this one experiment.
I was even sceptical before I did the experiment, I thought it was because my experimental technique was not good, I tried it and found that surprisingly the transfection was not bad.
This reagent is similar to the one I have used before, it is not cumbersome and the process is not very long, which saves time.
This reagent has saved a lot of time as I have used other reagents before with no satisfactory results or even said there was no trend, this one is different and the results are very consistent.
This is the reagent company recommended to me by my colleague. I have used other reagent trial kits before and the knockout reagent transfection for this build is also very good and I plan to order it frequently in the future.
I finally got the results this time, and luckily I was able to change the reagents in time to have the results reported at the group meeting.
This product has saved a lot of time, two students on two subjects, one student using this brand and the other using an expensive brand, they are both almost at the same pace.
I was recommended to this brand build the first time I used a knockout product and my colleagues are extremely positive about this brand, so hopefully it will help with my subject as well.
I experimented with this transfection cell line as soon as I received it and it was very successful on the first try, and after four repetitions I had credible results.Overall this cell line is better value.
This is the first time I have used a cell line that completely knocked out a gene, I had previously used an overexpressed transfection virus and it didn't feel very obvious, this cell knocked out very cleanly.
The procedure is no different from that of my previous virus transfection tool and requires no additional steps, so it is a very hassle-free transfection tool.
