| Safety Considerations |
The following safety precautions should be observed. 1. Use pipette aids to prevent ingestion and keep aerosols down to a minimum. 2. No eating, drinking or smoking while handling the stable line. 3. Wash hands after handling the stable line and before leaving the lab. 4. Decontaminate work surface with disinfectant or 70% ethanol before and after working with stable cells. 5. All waste should be considered hazardous. 6. Dispose of all liquid waste after each experiment and treat with bleach. |

A: The knockout cell product is validated by PCR amplification and Sanger Sequencing to confirm the mutation at the genomic level. Please find the detailed mutation info in the datasheet.
A: Single clonal cell.
A: No. This knockout cell product is generated using the CRISPR/Cas9 system to induce small insertions or deletions (indels) resulting in frameshift mutations. Although these frameshift mutations typically disrupt the coding gene, there is a possibility that the non-functional transcript may still be transcribed. Consequently, this could potentially yield misleading results when analyzed by RT-qPCR.
A: The cell line should be stored in liquid nitrogen for long-term preservation.
A: For most cases, we often keep at least 2 clones with different frameshift mutations. Please feel free to contact us to check if there are additional available clones.

Finally the results are in and I'm not a lab junkie now, the transfections are good and crucially not expensive.
I have used this company to knock out other genes before and it is really good, I will recommend it to others
Regarding the AKT2 knockout experiment, I chose the right knockout reagent when I first approached it, so the experiment was done relatively quickly.
The gene was relatively easy to knock out and the reagents from the company I chose were reliable.
At the beginning I wanted to save money and bought a brand name, but all the money was wasted, and then I ordered an expensive one with a larger dosage, which burned more money, so I didn't order it again.
My student is using this cell line and I am satisfied with the results he has given, many replicates, and the transfection seems to be stable.
This cell line is much more versatile than the different functions I ordered before, and once I bought it and split it up, the results were good and I think it can support two subjects doing transfections.
It's amazing, this cell line can be said to be particularly stable, one night the laboratory power failure, low temperature refrigerator overnight without power, the next day rushed to the transfection, the results can still knock out, really stable.
This knockout cell line was a big part of my project design and I am very happy to find that I am now using this company's product, which is cheap and cost effective and has very clear results.
I have tried this knockout cell line and the result is very good, after that I plan to use his brand of antibody, the price is very attractive, looking forward to the result.
I have been using this product for a total of two weeks so far and have already produced some results, excluding my experimental methods, the transfection efficiency of this product is quite high.
