| Safety Considerations |
The following safety precautions should be observed. 1. Use pipette aids to prevent ingestion and keep aerosols down to a minimum. 2. No eating, drinking or smoking while handling the stable line. 3. Wash hands after handling the stable line and before leaving the lab. 4. Decontaminate work surface with disinfectant or 70% ethanol before and after working with stable cells. 5. All waste should be considered hazardous. 6. Dispose of all liquid waste after each experiment and treat with bleach. |

A: The knockout cell product is validated by PCR amplification and Sanger Sequencing to confirm the mutation at the genomic level. Please find the detailed mutation info in the datasheet.
A: Single clonal cell.
A: No. This knockout cell product is generated using the CRISPR/Cas9 system to induce small insertions or deletions (indels) resulting in frameshift mutations. Although these frameshift mutations typically disrupt the coding gene, there is a possibility that the non-functional transcript may still be transcribed. Consequently, this could potentially yield misleading results when analyzed by RT-qPCR.
A: The cell line should be stored in liquid nitrogen for long-term preservation.
A: For most cases, we often keep at least 2 clones with different frameshift mutations. Please feel free to contact us to check if there are additional available clones.

On the one hand, I think the reagents work well, I've done two knock-outs that were both ideal, and on the other hand, the validation was very good.
Fluorescence validation, western blot, flow cytometry were done and the results were more uniform and the trends were more complete, this reagent is still quite efficient.
The actual transfection is good, the protein expression is good, I have done my experiments on protein using this reagent, it saves a lot of time
I have used antibodies before, and they are cheap and work well. This company is still trusted for its reagents.
I didn't know about this company before and this time I used it because my teacher recommended it and I really spent a lot of money that I didn't need to spend before.
This gene Knock-out cell line is very convenient to use, and the instruction book is very easy to understand. The knockout ability is stable, can guarantee my results reliability and repeatability.
This brand of BLM knockout cell line is very suitable for the purpose of my research. I have used their cell lines many times for experiments, and I can get very accurate data and results every time. These results have helped me a lot in my further research.
In addition to the high quality of cell lines, the brand's customer service is also excellent. Whenever I encounter problems or concerns, their customer service staff can always give me timely response and support.
The price of the brand's BLM knockout cell line is also very reasonable. Considering their high quality and practicality, I think the cell lines of this brand are good value for money.
I highly recommend this brand of BLM knockout cell line to other researchers, and I believe they can also benefit from it.
