Work well

We used the p53-Luc/EF1α-mCherry NIH3T3 cell line for our DNA damage pathway research, and the results were outstanding. The mCherry signal provided a seamless way to normalize for cell viability and transfection efficiency. The p53-driven luciferase activity showed a high induction fold-change following treatment, making our data highly reproducible and statistically significant.
