Description KYSE-510-GFP/Luc cell line is engineered to co-express GFP and luciferase reporter genes in KYSE-510 cells. KYSE-510 is a human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) cell line established from a primary esophageal tumor and is widely used in studies of esophageal cancer biology and therapeutic development. As a representative ESCC model, KYSE-510 exhibits molecular and phenotypic characteristics associated with aggressive squamous cell carcinoma, including enhanced proliferative capacity and invasive behavior. The GFP/Luc Reporter Cell Line - KYSE-510 is generated through stable transduction of green fluorescent protein (GFP) and firefly luciferase (Luc) reporter genes into parental KYSE-510 cells. Bright and Stable Esophageal Carcinoma Line

Working with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma models can be challenging, but this KYSE-510 reporter line made our in vivo imaging seamless. The correlation between cell proliferation and bioluminescent signal is perfectly linear. The GFP signal is also bright and uniform.
