Contains T7 RNA Polymerase Mix for efficient transcription of CRISPR gRNA from minimal template. Suitable for Cas12a, Cas13a, Cas12b, Cas9 gRNA synthesis. 0.5 μg template yields up to ~100 μg gRNA per reaction.
