Description

Cas12a forms a functional complex with crRNA, slides along the target nucleic acid sequence, and upon successful pairing, Cas12a is specifically activated to trans-cleave nearby reporters. This kit contains FAM-labeled ssDNA reporters. Activated Cas12a produces a FAM fluorescence signal.
