Description

The kit has been designed to convert miRNAs into cDNA. miRNAs are not polyadenylated in nature. With the kit miRNAs are polyadenylated in a poly(A) polymerase reaction. The kit contains all the necessary reagents in the process of adding Poly(A) and reverse transcription. The kit can provide high efficient Poly(A) modification and reverse transcription and efficiently synthesize the first-strand cDNA.

Applications

The cDNA is then used for real-time PCR quantification.
