mCherry mRNA (5-Methyl-CTP & ψUTP modified)

For research use only. Not intended for any clinical use.
Cat.No.
PMRN-0306
Description
The mCherry mRNA codes for the red fluorescent protein, mCherry, which is a derivative of the red fluorescent protein DsRed. mCherry is commonly used in molecular markers and cell component positioning in biology due to its good photostability. mCherry mRNA (5-Methyl-CTP & ψUTP modified) is capped using a co-transcriptional capping method resulting in a naturally occurring Cap 1 structure with high capping efficiency. Meanwhile, the incorporation of 5-Methyl-CTP and ψUTP can reduce the immunogenicity of the resulting mRNA.
Features
• mRNA synthesized on error free sequence verified plasmid DNA template
• Cap1 capping and poly-A tail incorporated
• mRNA modified with 5-Methyl-CTP and ψUTP
• Degrades the DNA template after RNA synthesis with DNase
Sequence
mRNA Length: 996 base
Storage
Store at or below -70°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Aliquot if necessary using RNase-free equipment, reagents, pipet tips, tubes, and containers.
